This space is for those individuals who are curious about mindfulness. This a free session. Please come and join this session and experience the world of mindfulness for yourself.

Sessions are held online via Zoom

Mindfulness based Yoga and Meditation Practice

Saturday 8 - 9:15 am

Sunday 10 - 11:15 am

This weekly practice group is for all levels of practitioners who wish to join other like minded individuals on a regular basis. Session includes 20 minutes of guided Slow Mindful Yoga practice and 20 minutes of Mindfulness Meditation practice, followed by group sharing. Any remaining time is focused towards questions and answers.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program

MBSR is an eight-week evidence-based stress reduction program. This is a secular intensive training program, that has been scientifically proven to help with stress, anxiety, depression and pain.

2 hour weekly online sessions and an all day online retreat

Min 4 participants required to run the program.

A bit about me..

Hello and welcome to Mindfulness Place! My name is Faiza and I have been a mindfulness meditation and yoga practitioner for a number of years. I completed my Mindfulness training in 2019 and am a certified teacher of the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Program. I am also a certified 200hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher, and trained in breath & flexibility coaching. I currently offer Mindfulness based Yoga and Mediation practice via weekly online practice groups. Additionally I offer the 8-week MBSR Program periodically through the year.
